Buyer beware!! I hired Old Soul Contracting to install a propane fired boiler to supply hot water for radiant heat in my home. Kevin was very unreliable, not showing up many times when he was supposed to always with a different excuse. Eventually he finally did complete the installation and was paid in full. The first time I went to use the heat it did not work. I called him and he came out to look at it one time and told me he would return a week later with the parts to fix it.
