Just finished the final accounting with this auction house and we are very pleased with the professionalism exhibited from start to finish. Mrs. Carlisle worked with us for seven months to make sure all was in order for the auction; and then later for the estate sale. The staff was efficient, courteous and friendly.
I was very disappointed in the way they do business. They had a tag sale and on the third day of the sale everything was suppose to be 50 prevent off. Well guess what? That was not the case. False advertising!!! Plus the sister of the lady who runs the business is very loud, curses worse than a sailor and is extremely rude!! Needless to say I was very disappointed with the way they do business and the way they treat their customers.
