I just love this shop! So thankful I live nearby, and can stop in any time I want to. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. And, I love the beautiful items they sell. There is something for everyone, you won’t leave empty handed. When my family visits from out of town, this is our first stop.

Very poor customer service. I was denied a 25% off one item coupon because I'm not on the stores' mailing list. I asked the cashier three times for a coupon for my highest priced item, which was a $40 basket, but was rudely told "No". I chose not to purchase the 5 items I selected (which totaled approximately $130) because of the way I was so rudely treated. The cashier's curtness and inflexibility ultimately cost the store a profit and the loss of 2 customers, as my friend and I will not return.

Great shop for the holidays. Bought a flocked tree yesterday n ornaments, gifts for daughters n daughters in law. I have always loved the clerks but yesterday one downstairs in poinsettia sweater was not customer friendly n never even smiled. Very impersonal.
