Olde Hickory is a wonderful, quiet community. Most of the neighbors know each other and are very friendly, and many of the children play together daily. Since the change in management, the community feels much more at ease. Under the previous manager, Krista (I believe that was her name), there appeared to be favoritism and bias, particularly as her children were allowed to move in.
