My husband and I stayed in united 610. We rented on Air bnb for February 6th-13th, 2026. Our hosts were very communicative, our room was clean, and our commute by walking was easy to get to the strip of Gatlinburg. The have a Laundry room, on the first floor with a decent price per load, an ice machine room on first floor as well, and elevators it was a great time.
Oof...where to start. The Mrs and I spend most of our time out exploring and don't spend much time in the room We had room 5B From the booking we expected a balcony but there was none. If that was the worst part I would be thrilled. Room looked bigger in the photos but more than enough for 2 people. Couch and Recliner were comfortable. Rocking chair not so much. We stayed in unit 109. Last minute Labor Day getaway. This one was a once and done for us. Upon arrival, we spotted an old bed frame thrown in a hole beside the entrance. Entry into the room was super easy. We first observed the wet, damp and musty smell as we entered the unit. We looked around and decided to make the most of it.
