New to the area and brought in 5 watches that needed battery replacements. 4 of them were done within two hours and the other I got a call to pick up early the next day. Great service would definitely recommend Kim!
I brought a necklace in to get a new clasp. She said it would take a week. Maybe a little longer which was no big deal, I was in no hurry. A month went by and I phoned to see if it was ready for pick up and it was, I thought it was strange that it was ready, but I did not receive a phone call so while I was there picking it up. Bring your jewellery repairs here! She repaired a missing stone in my watch and buffed it up so it looks like it did the day I bought it...and at a very reasonable price! And she polished my rings...I'm thrilled at the service! Thank you Kim
