The homes are fabulous Sure hope after the subdivision is finished being built that they re-pave all the way through Especially for the amount of money being paid in taxes
Excellent sidewalks!
Friendly neighbourhood with mainly young families. Phase1 is nearly complete and phase 2 is now open. There is a park in the centre of the neighbourhood. It's a large green space. Everyone is super friendly. It's a small community feel and only 15 mins north of Masonville. Prices are a lot cheaper too for new builds.
