My experience with this company has been very disappointing. After it was acquired by DPR Construction, the overall quality and service declined noticeably. I have observed repeated issues on multiple projects such as water leaks, poorly installed accessories, incorrect heights, misaligned piping, cracked bathrooms, uneven floors, and other construction defects. SurePods is awesome to work with. Their bathroom pods come in solid, clean, and ready to go which saves so much time and hassle on site. The quality is there and it really makes a difference when you are trying to keep a project moving. What I like most is the people. The team is easy to talk to, quick to help, and you can tell they actually care about doing things the right way. They back up what they say and that goes a long way.
