Don't believe the 4&5 star Review fluffing it's probably their supervisors trying to offset the terrible rating. Sure pods are absolutely terrible. Quality of the work and response to inquiries about repairs is awful. Tried using their pre made bathrooms. The sinks were not even connected to water supplies at the wall. Shower valve was missing parts. Toilets were loose. It took almost 3 months for them to send 1 technician for 50 pods in need of repair, ended up having to hire an outside plumbing company to do the repairs an... read more
