No overnight parking around here and property have metal gate which was closed on Sunday evening, office dispatch comes here around 6-6:30 am on Monday morning then usually start unloading around 10 am sometimes bit early if not too busy for them. Covid safety measures in place for outsiders sanitizer available, portable ramps for dryvan unloading. You have to check in at building office in order to get unloaded or loaded.
Not very trucker friendly, won't let you start over night and weird loading appointments.
