I rang up recently about 8am like everybody has to and got an appointment just over a couple hours later for the same day. I was 5th in the queuing system which was not the norm but even have said that. In the past I have had to call back several times after 8am as the lines are too busy. I have still been able to get an appointment on the same day, albeit later on in the day. After many frustrating experiences elsewhere, this is the first GP surgery in England that actually answered my call. Booking an appointment was straightforward and the staff were kind and responsive. It is reassuring to know they prioritise children in concerning situations. Friendly, professional and efficient, exactly what a GP practice should be.

Absolutely appalling - makes you wonder how such an unreliable doctors surgery can still be running. Been a patient here all my life until I had an appointment back in February for my own personal urgent concerns - baring in mind it took about 2 weeks to get the appointment, which I then had to wait a further 5 weeks just to be seen. Eventually after attending my appointment I waited so long for I was told that I’ve ‘wasted the doctors time’. Absolutely shocking You will spend ages on the phone to be told to either go to your pharmacist, a walk in or the hospital. The receptionists think they know everything and the doctors are lazy and don’t do their jobs.
