After many frustrating experiences elsewhere, this is the first GP surgery in England that actually answered my call. Booking an appointment was straightforward and the staff were kind and responsive. It is reassuring to know they prioritise children in concerning situations. Friendly, professional and efficient, exactly what a GP practice should be.

Absolutely appalling - makes you wonder how such an unreliable doctors surgery can still be running. Been a patient here all my life until I had an appointment back in February for my own personal urgent concerns - baring in mind it took about 2 weeks to get the appointment, which I then had to wait a further 5 weeks just to be seen. Eventually after attending my appointment I waited so long for I was told that I’ve ‘wasted the doctors time’. Absolutely shocking You will spend ages on the phone to be told to either go to your pharmacist, a walk in or the hospital. The receptionists think they know everything and the doctors are lazy and don’t do their jobs.

Worst doctors surgery i've ever had. Impossible to get an appointment phone line can't even handle the capacity of callers trying to get appointments every day. I've been registered just over 2yrs here and only ever been able to get 2 appointments in that time both of which was telephone appointments, thats 1 appointment for each year. Judging from the amount of repetitive bad reviews dating back as far as 4yrs it clearly seems Andreou & Partners have zero interests in health care.
