During the coldest week of January, with -4 degree mornings, our 1st floor furnace decided to shutdown for unknown reasons. I contacted Old York Heating & Cooling and spoke to Lisa. I explained our situation and she dispatched the service manager, Randy who happened to be in the area. Within 15 minutes, he arrived and quickly diagnosed the issue.
