Terrible customer service, lady who runs the office is rude. Ive called several times to get oil and service without any call backs, they clearly dont want my money. Haven't had issues in the prior years not sure why now. They demand you use checks and yell at you for using debit cards even when you offer to cover the service charge. Just terrible front end service. The guys on the trucks were fantastic but I will no longer be doing business with them sadly. Also more expensive than other providers.
Have used these guys a few times for heating system repairs and have been happy every time !
