Old World did a fantastic job on my new front and side picket fences. The staff are very helpful and friendly including Nancy, both Daves and Stacey. Highly recommended.
I recently had engaged Old world Restoration to rebuild my front picket fence after it was partially blown over in a storm. I am very happy with the result . Nancy in the office was very helpful and efficient . Dave and Stacey who erected were wonderful to deal with. They worked extremely hard notwithstanding the heat and other unexpected difficulties that arose. They are professional who certainly knew their work whilst being friendly and understanding.
Avoid. Installed an unusable mechanical lock that i was assured would be superior to the electric lock i had previously and after their own contractors could not operate it said they would fully refund me and then gave me back only 60%. Damaged a power cable during install that resulted in complete power outage and cost thousands bc damaged cable failed 2mo later directly adjacent where they had jack hammered. Clearly did not do dialb4youdig. Fence not installed in-line with existing garage door.
Worst company I've ever had to deal with. They won't pick up the phone and have no responsibility for what they do. Stay clear of them.
We live on a corner block with a long front fence with 3 gates, including a 3metre long sliding driveway gate. We engaged Old World Fencing for a $27,000 job. After long delays during installation we finally had a beautiful fence and gates installed. My mistake was paying them promptly, as "David their manager" has behaved appallingly on an after-sales issue.
