I have used this company in the past, a few times, and was happy with them. This past time, I did not receive a quote before the work was started and never received an itemized bill. The plumber wrote 5.0 hrs in on the bottom of the paper. He was only here 3.5 hrs....an hour of which he was out shopping. I figured a plumber would have parts, especially when I told them ahead of time the work I wanted done and sent pics. They charged me an hour labor for him to go shopping.
