Terrible customer service. Placed an order on November 11 , 2010 and still haven't received it. They have given me the run around for weeks, promised tracking numbers and over night delivery until I'm exhausted. Incompetence is a way of life for these people. I have literally spoken to every person at the Rockford and Plymouth stores in the last month. No one cares at all about the customer. Or call, 810-715-9748 and I will fix you right up. It is my experience that I get an order, I ship it out within 2 days (often same day) and you get it 3 business days later!
