I called from New York State to have flowers delivered to my Mother's grave on the 1st anniversary of her death. They delivered them to the wrong grave! Had my friend not taken a photo and emailed it to me, I would have never known. They were nasty about the whole thing--they were far more interested in 'being right' than 'making it right.'
