Old Wood LTD of Quinton VA built us a two car detached garage along with a complete in-law suite. They did a beautiful job. The building matches the style of our home. Their workmanship is quality along with the subcontractors used. They did a great job leading us through the process and answering the many questions we had. We would use them again. I would highly recommend Old Wood LTD.
Bought a foreclosed home in 2010 which needed a decent amount of work. Sub floor was torn up in some areas to replace and not others leaving my poorly installed laminate floor buckling and even floors felt throughout. Plenty of attempts to reach out for him to repair and no response. If I could go back I would not have used this rcontractor.
