So this company sells on Hibid. My account got hacked and I had to create a new account that was approved by Hibid customer support. This company (WHO HAS NEVER WORKED WITH ME) declined to allow me to bid and wrote negative feedback about me which isn't true. Simple misunderstanding that could have been avoided if they would have listened to me and valued their customers.
