I bought this mattress about 5-6 years ago and it is already significantly worn. There are body indentations and it’s lost support, I wake up with neck, shoulder and hip aches and pains. This has been going on months. I reached out to the store to replace under the 10 year warranty. They no longer carry this mattress but said it is covered based off the pictures provided. Great mattresses. USA made, still in business. Any issues where the vendor doesn't help, call the manufacturer. I know several people that have switched and they do take a little getting used to when changing from a innerspring to a memory foam.

We bought a mattress from a retailer, wherein this company made the mattress. Immediately, had trouble with the mattress and the retailer said the mattress was memory foam and would adjust according to time. It didn’t. Retailer goes out of business. We call within two years of having the mattress and this company says we have to transport the oddly shaped mattress to them for warranty repair. Old West Mattress builds the beds mattresses I,vex ever seen. They use all USA made products and stand behind their product. Customer service is fantastic and I recommend this company if you’re looking for an affordable top quality mattress.

If I could give 0 stars I would... I fully expect to look at the tag and have the serial number be 666. I've never ever experienced waking up in pain until this mattress. I can't get comfortable, it puts pressure on my body in weird places and now my whole back is in agony. After 3 years of trying and convincing myself that my back hurt because it was "better for me" to sleep on it, we finally replaced it today. It might be the happiest day of my life. Mattress is a sink hole. Purchased Old West' Exquisite Luxury collection mattess eight months ago and we are shopping for another mattress. Turns your mattress is just a big sink hole. There is no support in the middle of the bed and you have to climb out ot it. Very disappointing for the $600+ spent on this mattress. Just woke up this morning so frustrated had to write this review. For all the hype your company professes, it does not deliver.

The Best I have ever slept I met the owner of Spring Air and in very short amount of time I received and Real Education on what makes a great mattress and why it matters ! I own a commercial furniture store called The Chairman and I know what makes a great bar stool but I never knew one mattress from another and I have bought in the last 5 years Simmons, select comfort, Sealy, I spent THOUSANDS !!! I have now had my Spring air and will Never sleep on anything else. Spring Air of Denver is the end of the rainbow ! S.Farland
