I bought this mattress about 5-6 years ago and it is already significantly worn. There are body indentations and it’s lost support, I wake up with neck, shoulder and hip aches and pains. This has been going on months. I reached out to the store to replace under the 10 year warranty. They no longer carry this mattress but said it is covered based off the pictures provided. Great mattresses. USA made, still in business. Any issues where the vendor doesn't help, call the manufacturer. I know several people that have switched and they do take a little getting used to when changing from a innerspring to a memory foam.
We bought a mattress from a retailer, wherein this company made the mattress. Immediately, had trouble with the mattress and the retailer said the mattress was memory foam and would adjust according to time. It didn’t. Retailer goes out of business. We call within two years of having the mattress and this company says we have to transport the oddly shaped mattress to them for warranty repair. If I could give 0 stars I would... I fully expect to look at the tag and have the serial number be 666. I've never ever experienced waking up in pain until this mattress. I can't get comfortable, it puts pressure on my body in weird places and now my whole back is in agony. After 3 years of trying and convincing myself that my back hurt because it was "better for me" to sleep on it, we finally replaced it today. It might be the happiest day of my life.
