Old West still does a good good with the upkeep of the buildings and surrounding areas. I'll still call this my neighborhood with pride. Lush landscape, active people biking, walking in the area. A place to call home. A+ on the upkeep of a older area. Good job
We have a reoccurring water drainage problem that they will not address. There is no drainage outlet in the walls and when it rains hard there is always the fear it will flood the townhouse, or will overflow onto the patio. We had to buy pumps to drain the water from the yard.
