The most unfriendly bank I've ever had the displeasure of being in. First and foremost the manager is extremely rude. Thinks she knows everything and is unable to get past her own sense of entitlement and importance. Never been treated so horribly. She was 'hot' with me the moment she saw me walk in with my sons, merely trying see if I had information to help expedite a beneficiary account and car title release after my father died a couple weeks prior. My wife was treated like a criminal by the manager and the guy who seats on a desk all the time, I think he is the guy in charge of loans in this Branch. Very unprofessional and very suspicious what they did, trying to involve them self in a family business. That's why I closed my accounts and I will not do business with this Bank.
At 62 yrs old I've had a lot of banks. This is the best I've ever experienced
