The worst experience that I've had to deal with at your Hermiston branch they didn't seem to know what to do when dealing with a death ,after they made my sister open up a separate account in mom name to receive funds from Dads retirement now they told her that the can not close out the account.there was a different account they let her close out. Now they say that at the time of death mom had over 25,000.00 in combo in your place, mom has only 22,000.00 in the account.so we are forced to go through the court system to get t... read more
My fiancé and I constantly get locked out of our account and can’t view our balance through mobile banking. Trying to unlock through the site rarely, if ever, works and we have to end up calling the bank to have it unlocked which is especially frustrating when it happens on the weekend.

Also it’s a Credit Union so awesome rates for loans. Great customer service. Every location they are always kind and respectful.
