The drive through (8:30-5:30) vs lobby hours (10-5:30) catches me every time I need lobby service, but I've generally been satisfied as a customer.
Started out not the best, and now it’s just awful. Any time I go in for business or personal account matters, they have some BS excuse as to why they can’t cash or deposit checks. Also, they issue cards with no tap to pay, so be aware of that. They’re really behind the times. Will be switching banks ASAP.
Your website says your open at 8:30, doesn’t mention anything to do with it only being drive I , fix it.
