Every month it’s the worst customer service EVER.. They gotta ask for my birthday or some form of identification .Wow!!!!! Even though I’m regularly making deposits . I’ve been with this bank for years…And they don’t know your name…The girls behind the desk are rude and give you dirty looks..I will be taking my business elsewhere. If you want a bank, that knows your name & And has awesome customer service Go to U.S. Bank!!!!
Banking is decent but the people behind counters and answering phones. Not so much. Customer for over 4 years and the only friendly phone or in person interactions I've experienced with Old West staff is one who is a personal friend.
