I'm from the southeastern part of U.S. & very picky about my BBQ. I am so excited that I discovered Old West Bar B Que! I've searched high & low for decent BBQ! The Pulled Pork was smoked to perfection, not overpowered by the smoking process. I highly recommend trying, in my opinion, best BBQ place this side of the Mississippi! Family owned & so friendly. Recommendedthis man knows how to smoke meat perfectly. Nice portions and as I said, expertly smoked.
Came back here after sometime and it was still as good as we remembered! The breakfast burritos are amazing and dinner was just as good if not better. the owner is such an awesome guy and hilarious to boot.

Amazing mac and cheese! Brisket sandwich was a good portion! If you're in Castle Rock, CO come check it out, you won't be disappointed.
I ate at here today for lunch. The portions were small and the taste was bland. My bill for a drink (tea) and a 2 meat plate was $20, without a tip. I won't be going back.
Pretty tasteless bbq and are ribs boiled?? I bit thru soft bone & had to spit it out! Okra is ok but nothing to write home about. KETCHUP on the table & you have to ask for sauce. Can ANYBODY in Colorado do decent bbq?? ☹️
Old West BBQ has a great lunch. Sandwich choice of meat, 1 side, med drink $8.95. Ribs are always good, all the side dishes are made fresh in house daily.
Online menu and menu at the drive through have completely different prices. Food was not very good; too much liquid smoke, mac n cheese had the consistency of cottage cheese mixed with soggy noodles, and worst part was my Dr. Pepper had a dusty and chemically flavor (I dumped it out). $31 for two meals, I'd expect more.
