Well worth the small fee, giving you insight into a past era. Some interesting aboriginal artefacts on display in the school section.
Great experience, honestly I wasn't too keen on going as it's not typically my thing but i loved it, it was such an eye opener of what people went through back then. The staff were absolutely beautiful and so helpful.
We are really glad we went out of our way to visit Wentworth Gaol. It was great to walk through the grounds and experience what it would have been like. We were given advice on what to keep an eye out for on the way in which was helpful and the information around the cells and rooms was informative and not long winded. If you're passing through Mildura, go out of your way, it's not far and you won't be disappointed.
