Friendly local garage visited, for my annual mot and waited whilst it was done in the waiting room which has some seating and a coffee machine. No Wi-Fi password was available when I visited. Staff were friendly and courteous and forecourt was very busy as they had a lot of cars in for service.
great service and people. Took car for MOT and was seen on time and waited. Lisa made me welcome whilst waiting. will be returning for a service soon. a hidden treasure for car maintenance.
I forgot my MOT, and with the due date looming ever closer I was in need of a garage that could accommodate my short notice! Old Welwyn MOT were super helpful, squeezing me in within a few days of my call. They needed to push my appointment back by an hour, but they were really friendly and polite in letting me know! After dropping my car off in the morning it was all done less than 2 hours later. They were really quick, and treated me very professionally! Definitely recommend this garage, will certainly be back myself!
Highly recommended. Excellent service, work completed to a high standard and all for a reasonable price. I hope never to have to repair damage to a car again, but if I do, I know where I'll be going.
