Ingrid Laine at OVM is the best. She was the loan officer for the first mortgage and through a difficult refinance in conjunction with a divorce. I m now working on buying a house in a different state, and I really realize now how valuable she was to the process.
Awful service, unprofessional. This is not my first home loan, but it was my worse experience. They were pleasant to get my busiess, but then I didn t hear from them when they got it. It took them 3 packages to finally get the information right. I would make multiple calls before anyone would call me back. The majority of the time I called, I would get someone s vm. I even stopped by the VB office, and still was not able to speak to anyone. I m still waiting for a call back! I received more help from the closing title office... read more
