Well it’s been 3 weeks since my last post, and still no call backs or responses from Scott. If you need a loan Scott go to the bank not to your customers.
Setting the stage...I don't live in Southern Ontario. It was a 7+ hour drive to get to Old Vintage Cranks. And it's worth every second. Mike and team were a joy to work with, and hashed out details on just the right fit for my 2013 Triumph Speedmaster to be fitted with a sidecar. They offered constructive advice, kept me updated and delivered a final product that they were obviously very proud of. I find it very disappointing that Scott and company have not yet returned my $2500 deposit since September of last year. I know times are tough but really!! What gets me is that I previously purchased 2 motorcycles paying exactly what they wanted, don’t you want returning customers??
Picked up a RE Super Meteor last week. The experience was great. Scott was friendly and responsive to all my questions. Will surely recommend to others.
OVC was able to quickly order the part I needed for my Ural Patrol. They shipped it out via Canada Post and I received it the next day!!! Great communication and customer service.
