Pedro saved the day when we were hit from behind while stopped at a red light. He appeared seemingly out of nowhere (he was having lunch at a nearby restaurant when he saw the crash) and asked if we were ok. He went back to his shop to get his tools and then proceeded to check out our car to determine if it could be driven safely. He removed the hanging parts and placed them neatly in the back. Beware. My experience with Pedro started out good, but ended horribly. My problem with this establishment is that there was NO (read: Zero) accountability for the delays, the shoddy work and the way the situation was handled in the end. IM actually doing him a solid by NOT going into detail here. Trust me, the phrase, "you get what you pay for" doesnt even apply here. Consider yourself warned.
