They did a great job. Was honest, didnt try to sell anything extra. Came in took the time to do it right. Discussed how the fireplace was built and its condition. Very happy with the service. Was able to pay with cash or check and didnt have to wait for an invoice. Thank you for your expertise on keeping our home safe.
ALWAYS great to work with. From an emergency issue a few years ago to our regular cleaning now, these guys are awesome. Scheduling is easy, communication is quick, service is top notch. I called another Chimney Sweep Company in town. I have a wood/coal burning stove and the liner only goes 6 ft up. They came out and after banging the connection with a hammer, and climbing up in the roof, they told me they were unable to do the job They said I was up to code but not up to their stricter code. After being here 30 minutes, they charged me $395.00 and left. I called Old Thyme Chimney Sweep. They came within a few days and did a fabulous job.
