I went to tour Old Towne Villages recently and even immediately pulling into the complex, I felt excited and at home. Bryan was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful during the tour in addition to the property manager, Emily. While I’m ahead of schedule for applying for a new place based on my current lease, Emily and Bryan made it easy to consider this place top of the list as far as my next places to call home.
Move-in was smooth, apartment is beautiful, and staff are welcoming.
I’ve lived at Old Towne Village for just short of one year and it has truly felt like home. The community is warm, welcoming, quiet and safe-something that is hard to find. Justine and Max, the father-son team who maintain the property, are exceptional. They are responsive, communicative, and take great pride in their work.
