Little Asian man calls cops when asked who was responsible for an itemized bill. Left the apartment in good condition and they refused to give any of the money back. Expect to lose all your security deposit if you move into this place! 0 stars if I could best stay away!
I love near by play basketball there nice people
Landlord (southeast Asian guy) has a rude attitude and will ignore you when you need assistance. They up the rent and made no changes throughout the apartment.
Strongly recommend if you are searching for an apartment! Pet friendly with a community vibe! Management (Matt and Kate) are absolutely amazing and extremely professional and friendly! Maintenance (Max and Joe) are very prompt and keep the property looking beautiful no matter what season! We lived at Old Towne for around 6 years and the only reason we left is because we purchased a home! Extremely comfortable and friendly living situation!
