I lived here for about 2 years (2023-2025) and it was a great place to call home. All of the staff were great (Matt, Kate, Max). Maintenace was done timely and we were updated if there was a wait for anything. Fire alarms were tested regularly and HVAC filters were replaced regularly. When we had a concern about mold in our HVAC unit, maintenance responded promptly and had another service out for that, and immediately replaced the filter as well. Little Asian man calls cops when asked who was responsible for an itemized bill. Left the apartment in good condition and they refused to give any of the money back. Expect to lose all your security deposit if you move into this place! 0 stars if I could best stay away!
I love near by play basketball there nice people
Landlord (southeast Asian guy) has a rude attitude and will ignore you when you need assistance. They up the rent and made no changes throughout the apartment.
