We have used their services more than once. They have always been professional and prepared. I would recommend them.
DO NOT USE THEM!!! They sold me a property with a cloud on the Deed that involved 8+ other parties, they wouldn't provide the Title Search they completed that evidence they missed the cloud, they simply advised me to file a Claim with the Insurance Company. The Claim concluded there was a Cloud on the Deed. The Title Insurance Company and Old Towne Title Co. refused to correct their error so now I own a lovely property with 8+ other parties! THANKS SO MUCH OLD TOWNE TITLE CO.!
