I would give it ZERO STARS! I toured this place on Monday. Upon entering the apartment, there was a horrible smell. As we began looking around there were roaches all over the floor (big & small), the fridge (that they provide) had old milk in it and it was extremely dirty. Not to mention the bathroom looked horrible. Don’t waste your time touring here. I have never seen an apartment like this, EVER.

From Terrin our original contact for leasing down to the maintenance we have encountered as well as Mr Webster the portfolio manager, we can say we have received mailbox keys yet but otherwise everything has been taken care of in a timely and professional manner. Plan to renew this lease next year as it is a work required living space. It’s fairly quiet, the other tenants are respectful and friendly.
