the rides are nice, with a lot of information which is good. Very pricey though, cost me $57. Also our first driver was a little rude with the talking, I get it you are doing your job, but also we are not robots, we should be allow to talk a little bit. Our second driver North was pretty cool and funny! I recommend doing the tour with him!
As a former employee, this is my honest opinion of Boston OTT. It's a great company with a lot of hardworking people who drive and narrate for them. Regarding the pricing, I recommend that you BUY Your Tickets Online!!! TRUST ME. It will save you time and money. Sales people on the street are making BIG Commissions of the tourists. Ticket prices start at $50 per person and go up from there during the course of the day. In the summer, good luck finding tickets for $50. We had a great time hopping off and on. Not a lot of good information about when stops are open and closed during the days that the city is preparing for Boston Marathon. We also did the ghost tour. This could've been much better. I could've read the signs on the plot areas as well and there wasn't much entertainment between stops. Could've added so much more in way of "Ghost stories" for a better trip.
