Communication and service were both very good. I had limited access to the stumps, but Shane was willing to work with me to make it work.

Shane Johnson is amazing. Great work, very efficient, reasonable, honest and fair. We had an unusual and unfortunate situation with one of my trees that was very close to a stump he was grinding. Shane stood behind his work and made good for the tree with no questions asked. I was very impressed with his honesty and integrity. Not something we see enough of these days.
