I cannot begin to say how lucky I am to have come across Old Town. My therapist is down to earth, honest, trustworthy, and authentic and I felt comfortable with her from the very beginning. She really listens and creates a space where I can be myself without feeling judged. She's helped me better understand myself and make real changes in my life. Most importantly, she is teaching me the importance of self-love and self-compassion. I'm so so grateful and definitely recommend this office to anyone else seekign change!

I sought help from several child psychologists before finding this practice. Luckily thanks to our pediatrician (Dr. Sam!), I discovered Old Town Psychology. Exceptionally professional and warm and instant communication. It could not be more different than my son's prior person who i think actually hurt more than helped. I highly recommend Old Town Psychology!!

I was completely misled by the phone consultation process. I scheduled that appointment believing I would be speaking with a licensed psychologist or at minimum the director of testing services, which is what every legitimate psychology clinic offers for an initial intake. Instead, I was connected to a clinical coordinator named Josh, who had no psychology license and clearly lacked the expertise needed for my case.
