I was completely misled by the phone consultation process. I scheduled that appointment believing I would be speaking with a licensed psychologist or at minimum the director of testing services, which is what every legitimate psychology clinic offers for an initial intake. Instead, I was connected to a clinical coordinator named Josh, who had no psychology license and clearly lacked the expertise needed for my case. I had a great experience and learned valuable information about my child cognitive abilities.
Did WISC-V testing and it was a great experience for my elementary-aged child. We worked with Dr. Ziemer and Ms. Shannon. They were extremely helpful and accommodating. It was a pleasant experience from beginning to end. Came on a Monday and was able to find street parking and their building easily. I highly recommend!! My child enjoyed it.
