The most amazing maintenance team ever. Erick has been such a pleasure to work with- so beyond responsive, professional, efficient, and kind. Erick, Ariel, and Ancho all did an amazing job in helping me with a new washer/dryer. Couldn't have asked for anything better. They are all so nice and incredible at their jobs.
Have lived at OTP Tower 1 for 6 years and it's a great building with an amazing staff. Kelly, Josh, Daniel, Eric, Javier, and everyone who works in the building is fantastic. The amenities are always well taken care of, and never too busy to where you can't find a spot at the pool or a grill to use. The location is perfect right between old town and the gold coast.
