I took my special needs brother for a pedicure and everyone there was extremely nice and accommodating, and my brother loved it. We will definitely be back.
I do not usually bother leaving negative reviews, but this was an unfortunate experience. I went to this salon while on vacation with my in laws. I requested a gel change pedicure, and initially requested a Gel X manicure. The salon informed me that they didn’t have Gel X system but could do builder gel with extensions. Gel pedicure and Gel X manicure is my usual go-to service at salons, and I have never had this service take longer than roughly 2 hours. The worst pedicure experience I’ve had, especially for $45. Technicians seemed inexperienced, weren’t friendly, and the place was terribly dirty and unkept. Four of us and every one of us had a terrible experience, including one friend who was bleeding at one point. Don’t waste your money here. Follow up: response from owner says this is a mistake as they did not do my nails. They 100% did, but it wasn’t my name on the reservation.
