Truly disappointed. We walked around 5:00 asked for 2 pedicures. Once we were in the chair and get soaking they told us they didn’t have enough time for the deluxe pedicure, and they would not work with us. Ended up getting 2 poorly done pedicures. The only reason I am giving them 2 stars is because we were traveling and they allowed us to bring our puppy in.
I thought everyone in the spa was so friendly and sweet, but unfortunately my dip manicure didn’t even make it a week. The polish was unevenly applied making it lumpy and odd looking, care was not taken for application around my cuticles so the manicure is already lifting there, and I’ve already got chips at the tips on multiple nails - in fact the top coat chipped the same day it was applied. I went with my friend last Sunday and I got a pedicure, besides it being around $75 it was nice until my polish couldn’t even last more than one week. I could’ve painted my own nails and it last longer. The lady who gave my pedicure was super sweet but just not worth the money for how little my polish lasted.
Okay I know this is my second review, BUT I GOTTA RAVE ABOUT THE DELUXE PEDICURE! Worth every dime, long massage to start out, rose scent foot bath, rose scented leg scrub, (I did shellac gel polish) THEN more massages and paraffin wax. Couldn’t be any happier ❤️
