Booked my appointment for a Friday 90 minute prenatal massage on Tuesday and received confirmation the same day, along with several reminder text messages during the week. Drove 30 minutes to reach the studio. I arrived about 10 minutes early on Friday in case there was any paperwork that needed to be filled out, and to ensure I was not making anyone wait on me out of respect for their time- but door was locked and lights were out.
