They did an awesome job on a custom engagement ring, and at a very reasonable price too!
Representative and I had scheduled an appointment for watch settings, and all worked out fine, as nowadays Walmart no longer offers settings, or repairs of any type of watch recently purchased there. Instead, customer needs to find a local Jewelry shop, to do said watch repairs.
Was driving through on a business trip, called to see if they would take a link out or my tag heuer watch before I waste my time. The guy said yes. I got there and he said “there’s no way to take the links out of this watch.” The dude should’ve said “this looks difficult and I’m not willing to learn how to do this to earn your business.” OR “no, I can’t do this because i don’t know how.” I got home, watched a YouTube video and did it. I have been going to Old Town Jewelers for years and they have always do a fabulous job on repairs especially. My sapphire and diamond band was missing stones and they did a repair about a year ago and it looks fabulous. Most recent I took in two charms bracelets and a gold bracelet for repairs and they were fixed and CLEANED to perfection. I am always happy with their work and professionalism. I’m just sorry it has taken me so long to post such a well deserving review for their work .
They redid the strap for my tank watch in less than like 5 mins. Super easy, fast, and great price. Way more convienient than doing it at Cartier.
