I brought my wedding set in the get resized and they did an amazing job! The prongs on my main diamond was also loose and I was happy they fixed that as well. Highly recommend!
PS… I’m glad you deleted your reply, seemed like it was getting rude. My wife and I try to support the local Lewisville businesses as often as we can. This jewelry store has replaced multiple watch batteries and fixed my son and wife necklaces multiple times. I came to get 2 batteries for watches and 3 watches steam cleaned. They told me they would do the best they could, but it doesn’t look like they tried at all. If you didn’t want to claim them, just say that. I would have paid to have them cleaned.
