I just got off the phone with PATRICK LYNN, who is the principal agent at OLD TOWN INSURANCE AGENCY. At the beginning, everything was going fine, and all of a sudden, Mr. Lynn started getting extremely aggressive and stated to me that I NEEDED to tell him some information that I did not feel comfortable sharing during the time of the call as he did not have the necessary information to help me in general.
