I liked this business, until they lied and insulted my dog. We have been good, consistent and high-spending customers for years. Our dog has been groomed for years as well. I set an appointment for my dog to be groomed a few weeks ago. Today I called to make sure his appointment was still on. When I called the person who answered said they would still take him even though they weren't supposed to take him for any appointments, because of his behavior.
