I’ve been a member for about 3 years and highly recommend this gym. It offers CrossFit classes, HIIT, a rowing class, and a solid section for Olympic lifting if you’re into that. There’s also 24/7 open gym access, which is great if you prefer to train on your own or need to work out at off hours due to your schedule. I was a beginner in CrossFit and weightlifting, and all of the coaches were incredibly helpful and friendly when it came to teaching me proper technique. On top of that, the community members and other gym users are really welcoming and supportive. I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a clean, positive, and motivating place to work out.
Home away from home. Gym has 24/7 access which is my favorite feature, can come in anytime, stay as late as I want and not have to worry about getting harassed or bothered. CrossFit side of the gym is amazing if you like working out in a group/coach setting, workouts are fun and challenging an added bonus is working out people of all sorts of levels. Hands down the best gym in Pasadena! This place has everything you need—24/7 open gym access, high-intensity HITT classes, and dedicated Olympic lifting platforms. Highly recommend this gym! The excellent instructors and the classes will put aside any assumptions about how intimidating CrossFit may be for weight training newbies. It's a very supportive gym with knowledgeable and friendly instructors who will show you proper form and recommend scaling to the level that you're comfortable with (which is quite rare these days in group weight training and HIIT classes).
