Back and biceps today friendly staff and a great place to workout and very clean
I love the main one in Bay city. The sauna is amazing, I wish they had a steam room. The pads on the machines need redone but the place is amazing and they have every machine. I love that they keep the old stuff too because sometimes you like it simple.
