When you sign a 12 month contract they mean you have a 12 month contract. So a month after you sign and you get cancer and lose your job, then have to move out of state, you can't cancel. My husband called and asked to cancel, the manager said since we moved and couldn't come to the office, we would have to mail a letter. The payment kept coming out after we sent the letter so we sent a certified letter. The payment still came out and overdrew on our account, for a gym my husband only used a couple times a year ago. Very clean and very friendly staff and all of them are so polite and always keeping the gym and pool Hot tub and the other stuff clean and a very good atmosphere
