This is a great company. I had two old, problematic windows which were non-functional. Old Town Glass came over the same day and within an hour or so had them both fixed to my complete satisfaction at a reasonable price. I appreciated there was no hard upsell to replacement windows--- when what I had would work perfectly well.

We had a small crack in a very large window that started to grow rapidly in the cold weather. Old Town Glass and Window Repair was easy to reach and came out right away to provide a timeline and estimate to replace the window. The whole experience was wrapped up in about a week (which included specially ordering the glass we needed), and the owner kept me updated throughout. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again for any future window issues.

Our old sliding glass door used to feel like moving a boulder and now it rolls with ease. Our technician was very responsive to communications, and was able to install the needed part the next day after taking measurements.
