The service is usually great, except the last time I went there. The older gentlemen, Charles, was very rude when I needed to reschedule my appointment. I work 2 jobs, I called ahead to say I would be 15 minutes late due to traffic and I was told that would be okay.I was not 30 minutes late. He raised his voice at me when I was trying to reschedule. I will not be recommending or coming back.
Dr. Kasper and her team are great! Everyone is extremely professional, patient, and kind. The work is always very thorough and all my questions are answered. I appreciate everythng that they do for me during each visit. I highly recommend Old Town Dentistry to anyone looking for a dentist!
