Exceptional service from Jon and Randy!
I was out on a bike ride in Temecula when my derailleur started giving me trouble. I stopped by Old Town Bike Shop, and they quickly got everything adjusted and working properly. Great, friendly service and they had me back on the road in no time. Really appreciate the help, highly recommend them!
You're in and out, simple problem you didn't know you had? They knock it out . Flat tire, the knob just needed a tightening
This place is awesome!! Called several bike stores and this one was the only one that could get me in with the hopes it would be done and ready for pick up the same day. First time at this bike shop. They were able to fix my son’s tire right away. Was not expecting it to be looked at and fixed so fast. Such great costumer service, attentive and knowledgeable. We will definitely be back!
