I am from the central valley and had ridden from Hemet to Temecula on my metric morning ride. I stopped in to ask about a different route back and Randy was great, he mapped some fun roads and kept me off the busy roads and away from the wine tastings to stay safe. He treated me like I was his best customer and had never met me and I wasn't spending any money at his shop. This is wonderful customer service and proof that there are good humans in this world. Every time I come in, I'm always met with genuine kindness, patience and a very community based level of care you don't encounter very often. The two gentlemen Randy and Jon here most definitely take pride in their work. They don't just fix your bike, they take the time to understand how everything is functioning with the bike while displaying technical knowledge and experience. This sets them apart.
