Bought some Tannus liners for my ebike from Randy. When I asked him about installing on my rim he went so far as to “give me a lesson” on the install. He wouldn’t take any $ for the lesson and suggested if I have trouble doing the other wheel to come back in. I managed to get the tire, tube n liner on the wheel but had trouble getting the bead right. Took it in yesterday and Ronny corrected it in a few minutes. Amazing customer service! Amazing shop’

Was driving through town on our way back to Southern California with a very sick mountain bike that wouldn't shift. Called and got a hold of the owner, Randy. He said bring it right in despite being 3:30 on a busy Saturday with them closing at 5 PM. Randy had it in the stand as soon as we got there and had it fixed within 20 minutes. Absolutely amazing service at incredible prices. If you want quality work definitely check out old town bicycle company. Thanks again Randy we will see you our next time through town.
