Absolutely outstanding service! My two boys and I came in as a walk in and were welcomed in by Pat, who also helped carried his bike into the shop. He repaired my son’s bike in under 20 minutes, and from the moment we walked in, we were treated with genuine warmth and care from He and Randy. Fast service is great—but fast service with kindness is rare. They’ve earned a customer for life. 100/10 highly recommend!! ⭐️
Old Town Bicycle is an amazing shop since Jon and Randy certainly make it feel welcoming for any level of rider. They helped me set up my bike amazingly, gave it some awesome upgrades, and gave their time to help me resolve some minor issues I was struggling with. Also, they are very honest and transparent about any job you want done on your bike, which is really respectable. I recommend anyone, beginner or advanced, go to this shop because you won’t regret it!
Great shop. They did my Cannondale DJ frame recall process. Not only they did everything quickly, but also cleaned the chain, wheels and other parts. The bike looked brand new as I was picking it up. Thank you so much for great work and going above and beyond!
Bought some Tannus liners for my ebike from Randy. When I asked him about installing on my rim he went so far as to “give me a lesson” on the install. He wouldn’t take any $ for the lesson and suggested if I have trouble doing the other wheel to come back in. I managed to get the tire, tube n liner on the wheel but had trouble getting the bead right. Took it in yesterday and Ronny corrected it in a few minutes. Amazing customer service! Amazing shop’
