Like many others have stated, we rented bikes in November 2017 and were fraudulently charged $311.98 in June 2018. We are contacting the Scottsdale police.
Fraudulent trader. I have had the same problem as others. I rented a bike for one day in January 2018. On June 10th 2018, 189 euros was taken from my account for no reason. If this store is not already closed you should avoid it at all costs.
Stole my credit card info and randomly charged $311.98 8 months after I used this place. Will not answer phone or return payment. I now have to cancel my card and dispute payment! DO NOT GO HERE!!! Owners name is Emmanuel Geneste.
Rented bikes from here in February 2017 while on vacation and paid via credit card. Then on June 10, 2018 they fraudulently charged over $200 on my card. I've had to cancel my card and have tried calling numerous times. No answer and the mailbox says it's full. �
This store charged my credit card for a purchase I didn’t make a year after I rented bikes there! Then they didn’t follow through to fix it. Questioning their honesty.
My husband and I purchased 2 bikes here (with cash as requested by the employee) and were told would be ready for pick up with the accessories we ordered within the next few days. That was almost 3 weeks ago. We have stopped by (the store has been closed ever since with no explanation) and non-responsive to our calls and emails. Their voicemail box is now full and we are out almost $900 with no bikes. Hoping the store owner will contact us and make this right.
Someone from this store needs to contact me about bikes I purchased. Immediately.
