Worst barber shop in Ottawa
One of the worst haircuts I have ever had in my life. And I actually tipped very well. As I was leaving, the guy was laughing at me. So I get home, and my wife tells me this isn't the worst haircut I have had; it's the worst haircut she has ever seen. The lady was the only person that cut good hair there, and she's gone. Please avoid if you respect yourself.i wish I could give 0 stars
